Attendance lived in Excel, but the questions were bigger than a weekly count.

The youth ministry needed attendance data to understand participation and improve its services. The first step was a spreadsheet updated every week, but as records accumulated it became difficult to access, maintain, and use consistently.

A total count could not answer who was attending study groups but missing services, who had been absent repeatedly, or where a closer personal follow-up was needed.

A clearer path from registration to follow-up.

01

Simple, secure onboarding

People can register or confirm their information through QR codes and a secure code sent to them—no password to remember.

02

Two attendance histories

The platform records youth service and study-group attendance separately, then brings both views together.

03

Follow-up that starts with context

Leaders can see each person’s history and identify recurring absences before deciding how to follow up.

04

Community coordination

Roles, reminders, weekly reports, birthdays, and celebrations are managed from the same system.

One profile connects attendance, groups, and follow-up over time.

Instead of creating a separate list every week, each new attendance record becomes part of the person’s history. Leaders can understand participation across activities without searching through multiple files.

Attendance became useful context, not just stored data.

01

One reliable record

Member information and attendance no longer depend on separate weekly files.

02

A complete history

Each person’s participation can be understood across services and study groups.

03

Clear follow-up signals

Patterns of absence become visible so leaders know where a personal conversation may help.

04

Better-informed planning

The ministry can use consistent records to evaluate activities and plan upcoming services.

Access is designed around each person’s responsibility.
